The short version: we sell golf balls, not data.

This site sets no cookies for shoppers and runs no analytics, ad pixels or trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from a third party. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and block abuse.

When you buy

Payment happens on a checkout page run by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number and card details. We never see or store your card number. For local pickup, which is most orders, we do not ask for a postal address at all. If you choose local delivery or shipping on a bundle that offers it, Stripe also collects the address to bring or send it to.

After you pay, Stripe tells us your name, email, phone number, what you bought and what you paid, plus the address if you chose local delivery or shipping. We keep that as your order record, and we use it for exactly three things: emailing your receipt, texting or calling you to arrange pickup or a drop-off, and getting your order to that address if you asked us to. A carrier only ever sees your name and address, and only for a shipped order; local deliveries are made by us.

Who else touches it

• Stripe processes the payment.
• Resend delivers two emails per order: your receipt, and a new-order notice to our own inbox containing your order, name, phone number, email address and (for a delivery or shipped order) the address. It handles the contents of both.
• Migadu hosts our mailbox, where that new-order notice and any email you send us are stored.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and the order database.

That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
